STUD SERVICE
EAST COAST BULLDOGS STUD SERVICE CONTRACT This agreement is for the use of ____________________ male (select one) English bulldog / American bulldog Semen. Studs Registered name ______________________________________ Method of Stud Service Payment: Payment is to be made in Cash, Cashiers Check, Paypal, or Postal Money order only. Payment must be made prior to semen extraction. ______ (A) Agreed Upon Stud Fee of $1000.00 (English Bulldog) - $800.00(American Bulldog) will be paid prior to extraction of semen. ______ (B) Owner of female being bred with above named stud agrees, in return for use of semen, to allow East Coast Bulldogs to have 1st pick puppy (English Bulldog), 1st 2 pick puppies (American Bulldog) of East Coast Bulldogs choice, from litter whelped from this breeding. Puppy will be delivered to East Coast Bulldogs at 8 wks of age, in good health, with all necessary shots, wormed, written veterinary health examination, and full ______ registration. If by chance, the female only has one living puppy from this litter, and Owner of female, cannot give East Coast Bulldogs their puppy(s), the Owner of female, will pay east Coast Bulldogs a stud fee in the amount of $1000.00 (English Bulldog) $800.00 (American Bulldog) ,which will be due immediately, upon request at birth of litter. (This option is to females approved by East Coast Bulldogs only) Owner of female, agrees to pay all veterinary costs of this breeding. East Coast Bulldogs will not be responsible for costs or veterinary expenses necessary for this breeding. By signing below you are stating that you are the Owner of listed female, and that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement. Females Registered Name ______________________________________ Registration Number ______________________________________ Owner Signature __________________________________________ Co Owner Signature __________________________________________ Date_________________________________ We, East Coast Bulldogs, approve this female for option (B) stud fee alternative________________ East Coast Bulldogs Semen Guarantee: East Coast Bulldogs will supply semen for next heat cycle of the above named female, free of charge, if said above female does not get a confirmed pregnancy, on this breeding. The female’s owner will have to provide to East Coast Bulldogs at the female owner's expense proof from their veterinarian that the 1st breeding did not take, before a replacement breeding will be honored. The Veterinarians write-up and exam must be provided to East Coast bulldogs, stating that the above named female breeding did not take. This exam must be done by a licensed Veterinarian signed and dated before 63 days of the above date or this contract is voided and no repeat breeding will be done. East Coast Bulldogs will not be responsible for any costs, or veterinary expenses necessary for these exams or breedings. A BIRTH OF 1 LIVE PUPPY CONSTITUTES A SUCCESSFUL BREEDING. We at East Coast Bulldogs DO NOT guarantee the size of any litter. In using one of our studs at East Coast Bulldogs, you the customer agree to this stud contract.
